So I finally have my own professional multitrack audio recorder, the Zaxcom Nomad 6. It's going to take some getting used after years of Sound Devices recorders but I think I can handle it.
Yeah, its nice. Just a bit of a learning curve coming from sound devices. You can also tell how new it is as the default cf card name after a format is "Deva" ;)
Excellent choice! I was able to use the Nomad during it's debut at NAB a few years ago.
